Following my post about ‘chocolate for breakfast’, this is just a short post to say that when you listen to your tastebuds (and not the government guidelines, or the so-called ‘experts” guidelines or even rules), you can absolutely have what you want whenever you want.
My daughter had beetroot for breakfast the other day 🙂
As for me, I had a croissant this morning, and left some because I wasn’t very hungry, because I didn’t fancy it any more.
THAT is true Freedom from Food.
My Freedom from Food programme is for the long term. It is not a diet. It won’t tell you what to eat when. It won’t tell you what you shouldn’t eat. I won’t give you a long list of shoulds and shouldn’ts. That wouldn’t be freedom from food, would it?
Instead, my programme will empower you to make choices that are right for you, in early motherhood and beyond, taking into account your own tastebuds, your own preferences, your own body, your own lifestyle.
You are your own expert.
Let me help you discover that expert within, so that you don’t have to rely on anybody’s advice, rules or guidelines ever again.
