Hi Sam, just a quick note to let you know that I think you’ve done such a good job that I won’t need the last session we had planned! I really feel back in control – I am still using some of your techniques (especially the breathing) and I am also reading some books on mindfulness and tapping. Life is good! I would like to thank you so much for all your help and support in my hour of need – your lovely garden studio was an oasis for me. The experience I have had with you is something I won’t forget.
