After just six one-to-one sessions, this is what A. had to say:
I am really happy that I don’t feel the need to stuff my face every evening like I used to, coming home from work and starving. It doesn’t even cross my mind. I don’t have an obsession about food any more. Somebody I know is on a diet and keeps saying ‘Oh, I can’t have that’ and I think ‘Oooh, yummy!’ This used to be me, though. I’m loving my newfound freedom.
